HUD for your agents.
On your screen. On your phone. On your wrist.
Your agents work on your Mac. Agent HUD brings their progress to you. Check where they are at a glance, pick up a conversation, make the next decision: at your desk, and after you leave it.

On your screen.
Your agents, at a glance. The edge of your screen tells you who is still busy, who is done and who is waiting for you.
One colour per agent, from its most used quota: green under 70% used, yellow from 70%, red from 90%, with a warning before a quota runs out. It moves faster while an agent works.
Quotas with their resets or burn rates, balances, the last 24 hours of tokens, and the sessions, those waiting for you first.
Approve, deny or always allow, and answer an agent's questions, all on the HUD. Agent HUD never decides for you: a request you leave goes back to the agent after 10 minutes.
One click takes you to a session's thread, tab or terminal pane.
- Simple. A small floating panel on any screen edge: each agent's logo in a ring of its most used quota, with the percentage beside it.
- Dynamic. A row of agent logos on any screen edge, with the glow behind them. A logo becomes its bot while its agent works.
Three modes. Notch, Simple and Dynamic. Each display runs one: Notch by default where there is a notch, Dynamic elsewhere.
On your phone.
Keep moving when decisions are needed. Leave your computer and the work still goes with you. On iPhone, check progress, read replies and continue the conversation.
When an agent reaches something only you can decide, your phone shows you the context, and you answer the question or approve the next step. iPhone Duo is supported.
On your wrist.
Start from your wrist, continue on iPhone. An idea comes to you on a walk. Raise your wrist, say it, and it goes straight to the Mac at home.
Read the latest reply on your watch. To discuss it or add detail, continue on iPhone.
Built-in MCP.
Your agents use Agent HUD too. Its built-in MCP server gives them a channel to talk to each other, and the tools to build the UI you want.
When Claude Code finishes a change, it can ask a Codex session to review it and get Codex's answer back.
- Claude Code and Codex today.
- Never in the way: a message waits until its session is idle; it never interrupts a turn.
- In the release.
“Put Codex first and keep only the numbers I care about.”
Through MCP, the agent rearranges your Mac HUD. The change appears at once as a preview and is kept only when you press Save.
For Claude Code, Codex and any other MCP client.
Worth keeping on
Know what your agents did, and how much they used. Quotas tell you how much is left. Token usage shows you how it was spent.

Familiar agent logos become small bots that act out thinking, working and waiting. With a face on every state, one glance tells you what is going on.

A HUD runs all day, so staying light is part of the experience. Measured on a real Mac, not claimed:
Measure Idle Busy CPU, share of one core about 7% 7%–28% Memory about 240 MB 240–260 MB Energy over an 8-hour day about 0.1 Wh 0.1–2.3 Wh Idle: no agent working, one display. Busy: agents writing to their logs, one or two displays. Release builds on an Apple M1 Max, macOS 26, with about 8,000 session logs. How it is measured
Built for every desktop
One Rust core works out tokens, quotas and sessions the same way on every system, with a thin native layer for each.

- The Mac app updates itself. The download opens the releases page: take the arm64 DMG for Apple silicon, the x86_64 one for Intel.
- Windows and Linux are previews. Unsigned, not yet tested on real machines, and updated by hand. The Windows installer installs for your account; Linux needs gtk-layer-shell, and on Wayland the edge HUD needs layer-shell, which GNOME lacks.
- Agent HUD Remote is for Mac only, for now. It syncs through iCloud. With Windows, iPhone and Apple Watch connect on the same local network only; with Linux, not yet.

Its core is open source, under Apache-2.0. Agent HUD Remote is the one paid part.

Which agents does it support?
Claude Code, Codex and 16 more; what each supports differs. Supported agents
What do I need?
A Mac on macOS 14 or later, with Apple silicon or Intel. The download opens the GitHub releases page: take the arm64 DMG for Apple silicon, the x86_64 one for Intel. iPhone and Apple Watch pair with that Mac. The same page has preview packages for Windows 10 and 11 (x64) and for x86_64 Linux: unsigned, not yet tested on real machines, and they do not update themselves. With Windows, iPhone and Apple Watch connect on the same local network only, and Linux cannot connect yet: Agent HUD Remote is for Mac only, for now.
I already use Claude Code Remote Control or Codex in ChatGPT. Do I need this?
Each of those shows its own agent. Agent HUD puts the quotas and sessions of the agents you use at the same screen edge, on the same iPhone and the same Apple Watch.
What leaves my computer?
A build of the source uploads nothing; it reads quotas and balances from each vendor with your agent's existing sign-in. With the release, what reaches your iPhone and Apple Watch is listed in the privacy policy. Privacy policy
How are token costs worked out?
As an estimate at each vendor's list price, from its China or international price list, marked ≈. It is not a charge.
